For Professionals

You built a career. This posting doesn't have to pause it.

Sojourn Talent is for accompanying partners who want to stay professionally active during an international posting in New York City — whether that means finding work, staying connected to your field, building a new direction, or simply being part of a community that understands where you are.

THE COMMUNITY

A professional community that gets it.

The Sojourn Talent community is where accompanying partners connect, share, and support each other through the professional realities of relocation. On Circle, members exchange professional insights, share job opportunities, offer peer advice, and navigate the practical side of New York life together — schools, neighbourhoods, services, and everything in between.

This is not a generic expat group. It is a professional community for people with careers, credentials, and ambitions — who happen to have relocated for someone else's posting.

What membership includes

  • Peer advice and professional insights from members across sectors and posting backgrounds

  • Job postings and professional opportunities shared within the community

  • Practical New York resources — schools, neighbourhoods, local services

  • Weekly events — educational, professional, and social

  • A trusted, curated space — not an open forum

Membership is free while we build the founding community. Members who join before September 1, 2026 will continue with complimentary access through the initial launch period.

THE TALENT DIRECTORY

Make your expertise visible to employers.

We are building a curated directory of qualified accompanying partners for employers actively seeking internationally experienced talent. If you have professional experience and are based in New York, we'd love to include you as a founding profile.

Being listed puts your credentials in front of organisations who are specifically looking for the kind of background you have — multilingual, cross-cultural, internationally experienced, and ready to contribute.
